I just had Texas Tile Works install new counter tops and backsplash for my kitchen and a decorative tile for the front of my bar. I am so pleased. I never ever write reviews but the service, quality of the work, the care and time they gave to me was truly 5 star+. I would love to show you a picture of the work but I am not sure how to upload. Their tile setter is truly a craftsman. This is the only company I would ever use. I highly recommend Texas Tile Works.
Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Peace of mind, from the beginning to the end. From the moment we walked into Texas Tile Works, I knew these were people I wanted to work with. They completely remodeled both bathrooms from the studs to the finished product, did our kitchen counters and backsplash, and the floor in our laundry room. It's a family owned, locally operated business. Their connection to their customers and the community is clear. Patricia is knowledgeable about their products and about the process. She was infinitely patient and helpful while I was trying to decide what products, styles, and colors to go with. The installation by Nicoli, Ralph, and Mark was precise and meticulously done. They were there when they said they would be. They were very conscientious about working in our home and the fact we still had to live there while they were working. We would definitely use Texas Tile Works again and would recommend them to anyone.
I had a marble shower replaced and could not have found a better company or people to work with. Patricia was soooo helpful in helping me pick tile out and very knowledgeable on the products they offer. Nicholi and his crew were all so nice and did such a great job on my shower. All were so professional. I absolutely love it! If you want someone you can count on doing you a geeat job, call Texas Tile Works in Bastrop Texas!! Awesome people! Awesome work!
We had concrete stained floors in our house, they kept chipping and flaking. Finally got tired of it, I looked around and found Texas Tile Works, literally downtown Bastrop, they have a great selection to view and even have examples of different layouts that they have done throughout their building like their gallery, hallway and restroom. They walked us through the steps of what to expect, explained the process and gave us tips and ideas that were within our budget. Never tried to up-sale us out of our budget like some pushy places we’ve been. We got a great deal on our tile, they came and installed it. Took about 4 days to complete our living room, kitchen, hallway, closets, laundry room, dinning room. They were very professional, they cleaned up, swept and vacuumed and put their tools away everyday before they left for the day. They were very considerate and clean which was great because my wife and I and our new born baby were still occupying the house while they worked. We will definitely use them again. The saying is you get what you pay for, with Texas Tile Works, you get way more than you paid for!
Professional, thorough, efficient, careful, courteous, unbeatable
We had a great experience throughout the process. They were quick to respond to our quote request, took the time to understand what we wanted and show us our options, and were very efficient in their work. The tile floor turned out great, I would definitely hire them again.
Excellent. This was a large project and it was completed in a timely fashion. Nico used his creative talent to correct a problem in the kitchen. This was in addition to the main project. Would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you to Homeadvisors. This is the second time I've used your service and have been completely satisfied.
I am very pleased with my new tiled floor. I was un-decisive on what I wanted and he and his wife were helpful in creating a nice design for my kitchen. I received Great customer service! I highly recommend their services. Thank you Texas Tile Works!
I would recommend this company did great work was very professional and kept the work area clean. Finished quickly and it looks as if the tile was never removed.
I had a very bad experience with another tile company who used the wrong color grout and then tried to "fix" it by putting the correct color grout on top of the wrong color that he laid down the first timeâ¦bottom line, it was a very bad experienceâ¦..a mess, to be blunt. Texas Tile Works came in, took out the grout without making a huge mess (they basically set up a tent in my dining room, complete with a top to keep the dust from getting in the rest of the house. They also used water with the saw, which definitely helped with the dust and they closed off the vents.) They were professional, skilled, and trustworthy. When they finished re-grouting the dining room, they re-colored the dining and living room (as these are connected as if one big room) to achieve a "consistent" look and feel to the whole area. Their price was reasonable for the complexity of the work involved. I would highly recommend them for any tile job. They're definitely my choice for any future tile work!
